My father in law has hopped around a lot of teams. He’s with JR Motorsports, now. It’s always fun to walk through the shop when we visit.

I could look at this sort of thing all day long. There are a million ways to organize a toolbox, and I never get tired of seeing new methods. They’ve put a lot of thought into it, and I’m sure it’s taken years to develop such a great system.
